I think the mole is... Carrie. I think we are given clues in the opening credits regarding her "upside down world." Her behavior, even on her medication, is erratic and her love for Brody just never made sense to me.
I think the Carrie we have seen so far has no clue that she is even the mole. She had opportunities when she was in the Middle East to create alliances along the way that would have made her the perfect mole.
So, I am going with Carrie... as "the mole." If the shoe fits...
